 Any collections company requires a strong support infrastructure apart from the collection teams themselves. In order to provide ongoing assistance to our collection teams, we have built the following support base:

 Tracing

Shackleton has its own in-house tracing capabilities to enhance collection rates. Tracing is key to making collections because if one is unable to locate the credit received one cannot make a recovery.

 Bulk legal process department

We have a separate Legal Process Department which is able to systematically generate bulk legal documents such as section 129 letters of demand, summonses and so on. The efficiency and expedience of this bulk process allow us to quickly secure the amount owing on matters in appropriate circumstances.

 Debt pricing

Having been in the debt purchasing industry for over a decade, we have developed our own unique pricing methodologies which allow us to quickly assess distressed debt and offer market related prices to credit providers for their non-performing portfolios.
